• I.D.
• Social Security Card or any other document containing your social security number
• Deposit equaling two times monthly average bill if required
• Deposit equaling monthly average for one year if there is a letter of credit showing not late more than three times in the last year
• Warranty Deed is required when purchasing
• Lease Agreement is required when renting
