City Facility Rentals

While use of the pavilion is free, the City of Newbern rents two facilities for both recreational and educational purposes to the public.

Pavilion 

This event space may be used for free, but reservations are encouraged.

Oakview

The Oakview Facility offers an event space rental. The total cost is $250.00 and includes a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.  A background check and waiver must be completed prior to the rental, and rules will be forwarded to the responsible party.

Depot

You may rent our Historic Train Depot for an exciting educational opportunity. The total cost is $350.00 and includes a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.  A background check and waiver must be completed prior to the rental, and rules will be forwarded to the responsible party.
