Newbern City Library

Established in 1969, the Newbern City Library exists to provide the residents of Newbern, TN, with an excellent educational and recreational experience.

Its services extend to both children and adults, and it makes information and materials available to the public through both in-person and online resources, such as book searches, the Tennessee Electronic Library, e-books and audiobooks, and educational classes in multiple fields of study. Computer access is also provided to those with a library card. 

In addition to its year-round services, the library offers a Summer Reading Program to children ages 0-18.
